Senior Analyst – Analytics @ Toyota Financial Services We are seeking highly motivated Senior Analysts across our analytics teams. The primary focus is to support data‑driven decisions through acquisition, analysis of data, and effective communication of actionable insights. What you'll be doing Uncover business needs to properly frame your analysis. Leverage SQL and Python (Pandas & Numpy) skills to acquire and organize data. Discover insights through data exploration, quantitative analysis, and creative problem solving. Develop solutions to address opportunities uncovered within your analysis. Assess the quantitative and qualitative impacts of possible outcomes. Influence decision making through effective verbal presentation, written communication, and intuitive data visualizations. Coordinate with stakeholders to help implement and monitor recommended actions. Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Become a subject matter expert by developing a comprehensive understanding of strategies, processes, policies, and data. Continuously improve your analytical, communication, and people skills. Current Openings Senior Analyst, Consumer Credit Risk Risk Management – Consumer Credit Risk Sr Analyst, Loss Forecasting What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative STEM field (Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, etc.). 3+ years of relevant professional work experience. High proficiency in SQL and Python, demonstrated during interviews. High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, data acquisition, manipulation, and cleaning. Proficiency with identifying trends through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Experience with statistics and predictive modelling techniques. Ability to present ideas virtually or in person to audiences of various sizes. Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently in a hybrid environment. Optional – MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative STEM field. Optional – professional experience in auto financing, consumer lending, or financial institutions. Optional – experience in consumer credit risk, business analytics, finance or pricing roles.
