To achieve this, we need top-tier talent who thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong partnerships, and bring energy both on and off the clock.If you’re a self-starter with a passion for craft beer and a drive to win in-market, we’d love to hear from you.Position OverviewThe Market Manager will reside in a designated distributor home market and serve as the primary link between Tilray Beer, our distributor partners, and retail customers.This role is responsible for driving execution of key initiatives, supporting distributor performance, and delivering against market-level sales objectives.Key focus areas include:Supporting 1–3 distributor partners and their branch networksDriving execution of Must Win Initiatives with distributor and retail partnersLeading incentive (IR POD) activation to deliver budget targetsEnsuring chain execution (ads, features, distribution gaps, and communication)Driving brand discovery through events, sampling, and promotional activationsThis role reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM).Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on experienceKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop a deep understanding of the assigned market, distributor network, and channel dynamicsBuild strong working relationships with distributor sales managers, reps, and key retail accountsWork in-market weekly to support execution alongside distributor teams and retail partnersLead or participate in distributor meetings and present business updates as neededDevelop and execute programs, incentives, and performance targetsTrack and report weekly/monthly performance metricsManage allocated budgets effectivelyAnalyze syndicated and internal data to identify opportunities and build action plansDeliver business reviews with key distributor partnersSupport VIP/Karma and other internal systems to drive insights and executionQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferredExperience in beverage alcohol, preferably within the beer categoryStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsPreferred SkillsStrong working knowledge of VIP/Karma systemsTilray welcomes applications from all qualified individuals and is committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace.Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
