Outreach Specialist

Responsibilities Convey products and services effectively to customers in person Convey the benefits of the services available to customers, training provided Canvass (knocking door to door), distribute program literature, and schedule a technician for a minimum of 5 appointments daily Attend bi-weekly training Become certified and badged for the Energy Savings Assistance Programs Keep in regular communication with the office, assigned technician, and manager Have a friendly and outgoing attitude Remain knowledgeable about programs going on within the company Maintain a presentable and professional appearance Drive to different areas within the Inland Empire to offer no-cost programs Requirements Ability to look presentable and speak clearly Positive and professional demeanor Access to reliable transportation Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Client management experience recommended Basic computer and iPad skills Pass Drug and background screening Hard Skills Client management Basic computer skills iPad skills Soft Skills Friendly attitude Outgoing attitude Positive demeanor Professional demeanor Clear communication Certifications & Qualifications Energy Savings Assistance Programs certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
