Role & Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks)
- Facilitate and manage validation and refinement of business requirements and business rules.
- Develop functional specifications to support system/software design and development.
- Provide direction to all Business Analysts.
- Review Business Analyst deliverables.
- Support requirements work across requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills for the Project
- Requirements facilitation, gathering, documentation, management, and tracking with diverse stakeholders, including external organizations, regulators, and/or the public.
- Ability to interpret policies and regulations and translate them into business and system requirements.
- Modernization project experience involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement.
- Health and human services experience, including eligibility processes and child care assistance program support.
Mandatory Skills for the Project
- Minimum 5 years facilitating, gathering, documenting, managing, and tracking requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years interpreting policies/regulations and translating them to business and system requirements.
- Minimum 5 years on modernization projects involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement.
- Minimum 5 years in health and human services, including eligibility processes and child care assistance program support.
- Full-time for the contract duration.
- Approximately 50% onsite during requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience with solution development on an enterprise low-code application platform.
- Business analysis certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA designation.
