Occupational Therapist (OTR) Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs

• Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy plans to promote independence, safety, and well-being

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Provide instruction and guidance to residents, families, and other caregivers on therapeutic techniques and activities

• Maintain accurate records and reports of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes
