About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist (PT) with Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of seniors in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Your Physical Therapist (PT) role will involve providing physical therapy services to our residents, including evaluating their physical abilities, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating residents and their families on safe and effective exercises. Physical Therapist (PT) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care.

Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatment plans, and interventions

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Educate residents and their families on safe and effective exercises

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments and services provided

• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:

• Per Diem schedule, with opportunities to work varying shifts and days

• Experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) preferred

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Missouri

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
