Talent Acquisition Lead: Build Our Hiring Engine

Ostium Labs is expanding its team with the first in-house recruiting hire to own the hiring machine and partner with the Strategic Initiatives Lead and COO. You will recruit across multiple functions—from quants to engineers, operators, marketers, creatives, and counsel—and scale the process from first touch to signed offer. Success could lead to leading recruiting with the founding team. You’ll run scheduling, keep Ashby pipelines clean, chase feedback, draft offers, and handle pre-onboarding. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ostium Labs
