Terminal Manager

$140 - $170 per hour

Our client is working through CPS to hire a Terminal Manager for their Baton Rouge facility. This Terminal Manager will have oversight of all safety, personnel, operations and asset integrity at this high volume facility. This is a critical role to ensure the safe and efficient operations. This role will also have visibility within the global organization. Terminal Manager/Operations Manager/Plant Manager/Leadership/Safety/PSM/Chemicals/Engineering Responsibilities Ensure safety is a top priority for all levels of operations, act as a champion of safety, hold all personnel accountable for safety. This is a hands‑on, boots to the ground role. Must demonstrate initiative and accountability. Must be able to hold people accountable, as well as see the potential in people and develop talent. Responsible for asset integrity and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Responsible for the operating budget and the capexbudget - multi‑million dollar budgets. Forward thinking, able to create a vision for future development. Perform risk assessments and mitigate risk. Able to engage and communicate with all levels, including operations staff through top level executives.
