Performance Creative Strategist

Owning the creative engine behind paid campaigns, the remote Performance Creative Strategist will develop concepts, write direct response ad copy, design static ads, and manage ad testing protocols while collaborating closely with media buyers to drive performance insights. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end creative across various platforms, including Meta, YouTube, and TikTok Write direct response ad copy and design static ad concepts using modern AI tools Manage ad testing protocols, analyze performance metrics, and present creative strategies to internal teams and clients Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in performance creative, direct response copywriting, or video production BA/BS degree in marketing or business preferred, or equivalent work experience Proficiency in direct response advertising, with a strong understanding of ad metrics Hands-on design skills with experience in Figma or Canva and familiarity with AI ad creation tools Ability to create clear and actionable briefs for editors and designers
