Responsibilities

Do you love developing creative ideas that not only look good but also perform well? Do you think about what makes people stop and buy in the feed rather than just the setup?
Then this could be your thing.

As a Senior Performance Creative Strategist, you are responsible for the most important lever in paid social: our creatives. You develop ad concepts along the entire funnel that attract attention, generate interest, and drive sales. It's not about simply producing more ads or slightly optimizing existing ones, but always finding new, strong ideas that stand out and can be scaled.

You combine creative thinking with a clear performance understanding and use data not just for analysis, but especially to come up with better ideas.

• Development and further development of our paid social creative strategy with a focus on scalable creatives along the entire funnel (ToF, MoF, BoF).
• Conception of high-converting direct response ads; from hooks and scripts to clear messaging and conversion logic.
• Development of strong creative territories, new ad ideas, and launch narratives for existing and new products.
• Analysis of performance data and creative insights to specifically further develop winning creatives and derive new testing approaches.
• Development and prioritization of various ad formats such as UGC, skits, greenscreen, social proof, or comparison ads.
• Close collaboration with design, content, and performance marketing to quickly translate ideas into effective creatives.
• Conception of larger assets such as shootings or hero videos, always with a clear focus on performance and scalability.

Qualification

• Completed degree in marketing, communication, media, business administration, or a comparable education (e.g., in digital marketing).
• Several years of experience in DTC paid social/performance creative, ideally in the e-commerce environment.
• Proven experience with direct response creatives.
• Strong understanding of buyer psychology & conversion logic.
• Experience in handling performance data & testing.
• Secure handling of tools like motion, ideally also AI tools.
• Sense for formats, trends, and effective communication.
• Structured, independent working style and real ownership.
• Fluent German and English.
