Epic Certified Application Analyst

Epic Certified Application Analyst, responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing clinical and revenue cycle applications with a primary focus on Epic, in a full-time role. Key Responsibilities Deliver application support and maintenance, ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting of assigned applications Configure Epic and related applications, applying human factors design principles to improve user experience and support clinical workflows Act as a liaison between IT and clinical teams, facilitating communication and collaboration for application functionality and enhancements Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Administration, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related field preferred Minimum of three years of healthcare experience, including three years of Epic or related application build experience Certification in two or more Epic modules required upon hire Project Management training required within one year of hire Lean training and certification preferred upon hire or within 180 days
