Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter

Job Description

Labor Finders is seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter for a full-time temporary opportunity in Fresno, CA. This position works a day shift schedule Monday through Saturday and involves working in a warehouse environment as well as at job sites, using blueprints and technical drawings to build, assemble, and install residential and commercial cabinetry. The ideal candidate is skilled in finish carpentry, cabinet installation, and woodworking, with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and project completion.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for cabinetry installation.
Build and install cabinets, vanities, entertainment centers, desks, tub and shower surrounds, and other custom projects.
Install moldings, fillers, baseboards, and other finish carpentry materials.
Inspect materials for defects and perform touch-ups and adjustments as needed to complete installations.
Communicate with clients regarding project scope and answer questions throughout the installation process.

Requirements

At least 1 year of finish carpentry experience required.
Additional rough carpentry experience preferred.
Proficiency with power tools, including skill saws, miter saws, jigsaws, chop saws, nail guns, and similar equipment.
Must possess the hand tools required for cabinet installation and have reliable transportation to job sites.
Ability to climb ladders, lift and carry up to 80 pounds, and work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.
