Job Summary
We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Sylmar, CA, supporting industrial facilities and infrastructure construction projects. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional with construction project support experience and strong communication skills. As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will assist Construction Field Managers with purchasing, billing, documentation, materials coordination, change orders, and safety program support. Key Responsibilities - Assist Construction Field Managers with day-to-day project coordination, administrative support, and documentation.- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, billing documents, and related project paperwork.
- Expedite materials, supplies, orders, and change order documentation to help keep construction projects on schedule.
- Support construction project administration, including tracking project details, maintaining records, and communicating updates.
- Assist with safety program documentation and maintain workers compensation files.
- Use Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer systems to complete administrative and project support tasks accurately. Compensation and Benefits - Salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
