Job Title: Branch Director Location: Conroe, Texas Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 annually plus 10% annual bonus Shift: Monday through Friday On-Call: Administrative on-call rotation approximately 1 week every 2–3 months, taken from home Job Overview We are seeking a clinically licensed hospice leader to oversee and grow our clients' Conroebranch. This role is responsible for operational performance, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable census growth.
