A well-established plaintiff-side firm in Jacksonville is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing personal injury practice. This role offers a high-volume caseload, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to take ownership of matters early. About the Role You will manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and negligence claims, from intake through resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from inception to settlement or trial Draft pleadings, motions, and demand packages Take and defend depositions Attend mediations and negotiate settlements Communicate directly with clients and medical providers Prepare cases for trial where necessary Candidate Profile 3–8 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience Strong client-facing and case management skills Experience handling a high-volume caseload preferred Why This Role High earning potential with bonus structure Strong support staff and systems in place #J-18808-Ljbffr Harrison Davies Partners
