[Responsibilities]

- Complete accurate documentation and data entry to enable timely, cost-effective flow of goods and ingredients
- Support order and shipment changes, assisting with buy and sell decisions to minimize costs and maximize profits
- Execute and monitor transportation and logistics activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and claims
- Facilitate shipments, execute purchase orders, and handle invoice processing using ERP systems such as SAP
- Assist with managing inbound and outbound shipments, vendor communications, and third-party warehouse operations
- Resolve basic logistics issues, providing recommendations for improved freight movements
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 2+ years' experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain roles
- Proficiency with SAP, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and databases
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under direct supervision and as part of a team
