• Pay Rate: $61.00–$62.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (3×12 Hours) 6:00–18:30 / Night (3×12 Hours) 18:00–6:30; rotating

Job Summary

This is a travel/contract Allied Respiratory Therapist (RRT) opportunity at a Critical Access hospital. First-time travelers will be considered provided they have the required 3 years of experience. The facility is a Solo RT-on-shift environment covering a 25-bed Critical Access / Trauma Level 4 ED, ICU, and Med/Surg Hospital with a swing bed program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the solo Respiratory Therapist on shift covering the Critical Access 25-Bed/Trauma Level 4 ED, ICU, and Med/Surg Hospital with a swing bed program
• Manage ventilators including Draeger and Hamilton models
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio
• Work every other weekend (approximately)
• Float between units is not required
• On-call is not required
• Block schedules are not required

Required Skills

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
• Ventilator management proficiency — Draeger and Hamilton ventilators
• Minimum 3 years of Respiratory Therapist experience (first-time travelers considered with 3 years' experience)

Education Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Oregon (OR) state RRT license required
