Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst – Corporate Transformation We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team and help enable our corporate transformation. Responsibilities Partner with key leaders in the organization to drive value creation by providing analytics and insights on performance. Engage with finance peers across the organization, working with the finance manager to develop and attain the annual operating plan and monthly forecasts. Conduct analytics and reporting to provide business and functional teams with the data they need to make decisions. Respond timely to other finance areas, such as segment finance, to provide the information and analysis necessary to understand their P&L. Ensure accuracy and completeness of analysis, forecasts, and results from commentary through partnership with business teams. Improve processes to utilize best methodologies and ensure full compliance with company policies. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, Statistics, or equivalent. High school diploma or GED and at least four (4) years of experience in finance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical abilities. Compensation Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually. Eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. Base pay varies based on knowledge, skills, location, and experience, while maintaining internal equity.
