Urology Gynecology Sales Manager - Nashville, TN

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Manager to lead specialty-focused adoption of da Vinci Surgical Systems across assigned markets in Tennessee and Alabama. The role combines direct sales strategy development with team leadership, requiring collaboration with clinical sales managers and cross-functional resources to drive procedure growth in urology and gynecology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute specialty sales strategy for urology and gynecology to exceed performance targets
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing sales team focused on da Vinci adoption and utilization
- Collaborate with clinical sales managers on coordinated market strategies and account planning
- Hire, coach, and develop sales representatives while fostering accountability and results orientation
- Build partnerships with hospital stakeholders, surgeons, and administration to drive specialty growth
Requirements
- Proven da Vinci Surgery sales experience or 5+ years clinical sales team management
- In-depth knowledge of operating room environment and dynamics
- Understanding of capital equipment sales processes and cycles
- Demonstrated experience managing and directing sales teams
- Proficiency with multiple surgical technology platforms and digital solutions
- Strong relationship-building skills with hospital leadership and surgical teams
- Data-driven approach to market analysis and performance tracking
