Lead Warehouse AssociatePrideStaff is looking for a Lead Warehouse Associate for a company in Madera! Responsibilities include overseeing daily shipping and receiving, coordinating order picking, ensuring cold-chain storage compliance, and managing sanitation standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Quality Control: Monitor produce inventory, perform routine cycle counts, and ensure perishable goods are stored at correct temperatures.Team Leadership: Delegate daily tasks to warehouse associates, train new staff, and assist the Operations Manager with shift scheduling.Shipping & Receiving: Oversee the loading/unloading of trucks, verify shipping manifests, and ensure orders are accurately picked and packed.Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA safety guidelines and facility sanitation standards (especially for food and agricultural products).Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move heavy loads.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of prior warehouse or production experience, ideally in an agricultural or food-grade environment.Licensing: Valid forklift certification or the ability to pass certification shortly after hiring.Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.Soft Skills: Strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Please contact PrideStaff at View phone number on click.appcast.io or submit your updated resume to View email address on click.appcast.io / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $22.00
