Job Description Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal, family, and financial circumstances. Prepare and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Counsel clients on asset protection, elder law, Medicaid planning, probate, and trust administration matters. Develop practical legal strategies that help clients preserve assets and achieve their long-term goals. Meet directly with clients, explain complex legal concepts clearly, and provide trusted guidance throughout the planning process. Collaborate with attorneys and support professionals to deliver comprehensive, high-quality client service. Stay current on Wisconsin estate planning and elder law developments and apply that knowledge to client matters. Contribute to a professional environment focused on education, innovation, and exceptional client outcomes. Qualifications Wisconsin Bar admission in good standing. 1+ year of estate planning and/or elder law experience. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills. Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Genuine interest in helping clients and families navigate complex planning decisions. Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
