Training & Engagement SupervisorThe Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Training & Engagement Supervisor to join our Permanent Family Solutions Network (PFSN). The Training & Engagement Supervisor is responsible for supervising and providing case direction to a team of CPS Mentors and new CPS caseworkers. The Training & Engagement Supervisor alongside the CPS Mentors will be responsible for training new Child Protection Specialist (CPS) staff, assessing their competency level, and creating individual development plans specific to their training needs. This position is responsible for educating current staff on changes in practice, policies, and procedures. This position is responsible for coordinating shadowing experiences and communicating with the assigned on-going supervisor.
