We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual to contribute to patient care in an outpatient setting.

• Schedule:
  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Weekend Requirement: No weekends
• On-call Requirement: No
• Floating Requirement: No
• Location: City, State

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related field
• First-timers accepted: Yes
• License Required: South Carolina or Multistate Compact PT License
• Certifications: BLS Certification required
• Preferred Experience: Outpatient clinic and orthopedic experience

Additional Information

• Radius Rule: 60 miles
• Local Candidates: Accepted on a case-by-case basis
• Pending License: Accepted if SC PT or compact state license is obtained before the start date
• Time Off Restrictions: All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission and approved by management
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift every 2 weeks

Work Environment

The position involves working in an outpatient clinic with a business casual dress code. The facility uses Epic for charting, and parking is available at no cost.
