Job Description

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all project sites.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Analyze project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project closeout procedures, including final inspections and handover to clients.
