Lead multifamily construction project manager

Job Description

Lead the financial and operational management of ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement strategies. Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiations, and overall project execution. Partner closely with superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Oversee owner communications, reporting, change management, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

Project management experience delivering ground-up multifamily construction projects. Strong understanding of multifamily construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders including owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams. Experience with Procore and Bluebeam preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Construction-related degree preferred but not required. Demonstrated career stability with a strong tenure history.
