Sales Representative - Heavy Equipment

About Us: Sledge Heavy Rentals & Materials provides equipment rental and material supply services to construction and industrial clients. The company focuses on dependable service, efficient operations, and long-term client relationships. We are currently hiring a Sales Representative to support business development across construction and industrial sectors. This role involves client outreach, relationship building, and managing the sales process for equipment rental and material supply services. Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential clients in construction and industrial markets Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, project managers, and equipment procurement teams Support the full sales process from initial contact through contract completion Present rental and material supply solutions based on client requirements Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and existing clients Track outreach activity and pipeline updates using CRM tools Requirements: Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively Organized and results-oriented approach to work Basic experience with CRM systems or digital sales tools preferred Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus but not required Must be authorized to work in the United States Equal Opportunity: Sledge Heavy Rentals & Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
