Director of Emergency Services

Hospital system looking to bring on Director Emergency Services! Sign On Bonus, Bonus Incentive Program, Full Relocation! Director will be working on: quality, safety, patient satisfaction, operations, must be knowledgeable of regulatory compliance. Reports to VP Emergency Services Large bed facility Level 1 trauma 100 ED beds Volume of 350 patients a day Union: National Nurses United (NNU) 4 managers Qualifications Regulatory compliance expertise — Must demonstrate solid, hands‑on knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to emergency services. Trauma leadership experience — Must have served as a Director (or equivalent leadership role) in a Level I or Level II trauma center within a large, high‑volume ER comparable to Mission. Minimum tenure requirement — Candidates with fewer than 3–5 years of the above trauma leadership experience will not be considered. Performance metrics on résumé — Quantifiable outcomes (KPIs, improvements, operational metrics) must be included. Submissions without metrics should be rejected. Stable work history — Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes (every 1–2 years) will not move forward. Prefer union experience but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
