Remote Absence & Leave Claims Specialist

MetLife is seeking a detail-oriented leave administrator to join Global Operations in a hybrid role. You will manage ADA, FMLA, PFML, and BCEL leave claims while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer service. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in customer service, strong written/oral communication, and knowledge of state and federal leave laws. Hybrid work requires in-office presence for 3 days weekly, with offices in NY or CT and support from the Absence Leave Solutions Organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
