• Provide assistance in specimen collection as well as sample preparation for testing.
• Keep clear documentation of all processes, train new hires or students, and maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Promote a clean and safe working environment while strictly following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within the first year of employment.
• Ensure current certification is maintained throughout your time with us.
