Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established protocols to ensure reliability.

Evaluate test results meticulously, address inconsistencies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.

Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for further testing as required.

Maintain detailed documentation of processes, mentor new staff or trainees, and adhere to the highest standards of laboratory quality.

Promote a clean, safe working environment while following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparedness.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within one year of hiring. Strong organizational skills and precision with an eye for detail, particularly related to quality control and documentation processes.
