$5,000 sign-on bonus for fully licensed school bus drivers who hold a valid CDL with both S & P endorsements. Opportunity to earn up to an extra $150 per month in incentives, paid out every two weeks. Sign-on bonuses are available to new hires only who are hired between February 1, 2026 and September 30th, 2026. Applicants must be able to work Monday-Friday, covering both AM and PM routes for COATESVILLE or DOWNINGTOWN Bonus eligibility periods begin after all required training has been successfully completed.
