As an Incentive Comp Associate Senior within PNC's Total Rewards organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. We are seeking an Incentive Compensation Senior Associate to prepare incentive compensation analytics and generate insights that support data-driven decision‑making. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel, analytics, and PowerPoint, along with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Job Description Under minimal supervision, administers and executes non-annual incentive compensation. Responsible for day to day administration of non-annual incentive compensation for applicable business segments within the organization. Ensures compliance with internal controls through auditing and testing of incentive inputs and outputs. May identify and make recommendations to enhance existing controls or create new controls. Provides applicable analytics and modeling to support overall organizational financial and operational soundness. Leverages various forms of technology in support of incentive calculations and analytics for applicable business segments. Provides day to day research and communication for field inquiries. Leads cross-functional projects designed to enhance employee awareness and understanding. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
