Core Duties Configure and run laser cutting systems in alignment with established production timelines and project requirements. Oversee equipment functionality, performing necessary tweaks to uphold our high-quality benchmarks. Perform regular upkeep and diagnostic checks on all laser machinery. Analyze and translate technical schematics, blueprints, and project instructions. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all safety protocols. Work alongside colleagues to refine manufacturing workflows and boost overall productivity. Keep precise documentation regarding machine upkeep and daily production volume.Support the onboarding of incoming staff by teaching them proper machine handling and safety protocols. Requirements Background in tube laser operation is mandatory. Demonstrated history of success in laser operation or a related manufacturing position. Deep knowledge of laser cutting hardware and related technological processes. Capability to analyze and comprehend complex technical diagrams and blueprints. Sharp focus on detail and the ability to resolve technical issues effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team.
