Job Description

The Waterfront Pub & Grill in Delavan, WI is looking for an experienced server to join our team. We are located on 408 State Rd 50. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. Must be available day shifts and some nights as well as weekends.

Overview

Provide excellent customer service by taking guests orders and suggesting items. Serving the correct food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications and Duties

Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Able to multitask efficiently
Strong organizational skills
Take accurate orders and communicate them correctly in the pos system to the bar and kitchen
Table service including setting tables and prebussing
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Perform opening, closing, and sidework responsibilties
