We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being. Deliverables/Principal Results Expected Explain and sign admission paperwork, process, and copy driver’s license/insurance information, create/start client treatment file. Contact Probation/Parole/Employer if needed for client and assist in getting a letter for admission/discharge. Facilitate admission/discharge process by communicating with all departments as needed. Maintain paperwork/notes/application statuses as needed for client stay/discharge needs per funding source requirements. Conduct level of care assessments on all clients. Complete aftercare goals with detox-only clients, set up aftercare, and complete discharge summaries. Other duties as assigned. Schedule : Sat/Sun 8-4 Licensure, Education, & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a human services-related field preferred.
