Facilities Maintenance Tech

Kokosing Construction is looking to expand our Facility Maintenance Team with a qualified individual to support our buildings in Ohio and surrounding states. Qualifications Proficient in HVAC and electrical repairs. High school diploma or GED equivalent. HVAC and controls – Boilers – Plumbing – General carpentry. Electrical experience required with 1 & 3 phase. Must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to communicate with team members and report accurately to the Facility Manager. Read and understand drawings, blueprints, and equipment specifications. General math skills, computer proficiency, welding, hand tools. Maintain high level of awareness in a busy project work environment. Non‑Union position. Responsibilities Make decisions and accomplish tasks independently to maintain full functionality of facilities. Maintain and repair all brick‑and‑mortar buildings and equipment, including jobsite trailers. Maintain heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems 120V 1‑phase to 480V 3‑phase. Perform plumbing installations and repairs. Repair garage doors. General building repairs. Maintain security, fire suppression systems, building security and access control. Work first shift 6:30 am – 3 pm with overtime during warmer months. Travel required with overnight stays as needed. Highly motivated and self‑disciplined to complete tasks and support facilities.
