Job Description
Support Project Managers with daily project execution Assist with RFIs, submittals, budgeting, and documentation Coordinate subcontractors and assist with scheduling efforts Conduct jobsite visits and collaborate with field teams Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for tracking and reporting Support communication between office, field teams, and leadership Assist in maintaining project timelines and quality standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Multifamily Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2+ years of construction experience (APM/PE level)
- Experience with multifamily projects (garden, podium, or wrap)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
- Detail-oriented with a professional and presentable demeanor
- Stable work history (limited job hopping)
- Seeking long-term growth within a multifamily-focused company
