The company is a vertically integrated real estate developer with decades of experience building and managing residential communities across the Southeast. With strong financial backing and in-house development, construction, and property management, they deliver high-quality multifamily, townhome, and single-family projects without reliance on outside investors.
Job Description
- Support project delivery on multifamily developments (garden style, wrap/podium)
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and schedules using Procore and Bluebeam
- Conduct regular job site visits and assist with progress tracking
- Ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence across assigned projects

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 2+ years of construction experience (APM or similar)
- Multifamily project exposure required
- Strong tenure with minimal job hopping
- Professional, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
