Maintenance Manager DIRECT HIRE

Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team, drive equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
What You'll Do
\u00D8\u00A0Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
\u00D8\u00A0Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, VFD, pneumatic, and automated systems
\u00D8\u00A0Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs
\u00D8\u00A0Drive downtime reduction, root-cause analysis, and process improvements
\u00D8\u00A0Oversee maintenance projects, inventory, vendors, and contractors
\u00D8\u00A0Ensure safe operations and compliance with company standards
\u00D8\u00A0HANDS ON - willing to turn a wrench when needed
What We're Looking For
3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation systems
Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs
Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work alongside technicians and lead by example
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing environments such as foam, fiber, textiles, or continuous-process production
Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Fabrication, welding, and industrial automation experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
