Member Experience Representative

Blaze Credit Union has a great opportunity to join our Member Experience Center (Call Center) helping members over the phone with their financial needs. This position is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and electronic messages in a professional manner while ensuring the highest quality of member service. Our Member Experience Center positions are a first call resolution environment that offers a wide variety of responsibilities including processing transactions, researching and resolving member questions and disputes, along with providing technical support for our automated services. This is the perfect position for someone who is motivated to continue learning.

Must be able to work Full Time and Saturday rotations (extended hours if needed). Our Member Service Representative offers competitive wages plus time and a half for Saturdays worked, a bonus for working 7 or 10 Saturdays in a quarter, and eligibility for a company-wide Quarterly Team bonus.

The following locations have availability: Elk River. This position has rotating shifts Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:15 pm, Friday 8:00 am-6:15 pm, and Saturdays 8:30 am-12:15 pm. Travel to our Larpenteur Corporate Office in Falcon Heights MN is required for training.

Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 36 months experience working in a financial institution required (working in a financial services industry call center a plus)
• Minimum High School degree or GED (required)
• Excellent member service skills
• Reliability to work scheduled shifts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment where change is routine and flexibility is required
• Ability to work independently while displaying initiative

We are committed to providing salary ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations.

The salary range for this position is: $25.20 - $29.50. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
