Schedule

• 40 Hours/Week
• 5×8-hour shifts OR 4×10-hour shifts , depending on provider schedule
• No weekends
• No holidays
• No on-call or call-back requirement

Compensation

$22.82 – $30.93/hour , based on experience

• Approximate annual base salary: $47,465.60+ at $22.82/hour and 40 hours/week
• Sign-on bonus discussed at the time of offer
• Sign-on bonus is typically paid in installments during the first year

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Rural Health Clinic setting.
• Work closely with providers to support patient care and clinic operations.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate provider.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic .
• Assist other providers and nurses within the clinic as needed.
• Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control standards.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota LPN license
• BLS certification
• Previous LPN/LVN clinical experience
• Ability to work effectively in a Rural Health Clinic environment
• Negative TB test
• No vaccination requirement specified
