Multi-Specialty Dental AssistantWinston-Salem Dental Specialists is looking for a multi-specialty dental assistant to join our team. Experience with endo and perio is strongly preferred!What You'll DoChairside assisting during root canals, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other endodontic proceduresSet up and break down operatories with endo-specific instruments and materialsTake and process digital radiographs and CBCT scansAssist with the dental microscope and ultrasonic unitsSterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocolsProvide patient comfort and education, especially for anxious patientsAssist with sedation monitoring as neededMaintain patient records and coordinate with referring officesWhat We're Looking ForDental assisting experience required.Current NC X-ray certification or ability to obtainCPR/BLS certificationComfortable with digital radiography and CBCT imagingCalm, patient-focused demeanorStrong attention to detail and ability to anticipate the doctor's needsReliable, punctual, and a true team playerWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceHealth insurance, PTO, and paid holidays401(k) retirement planModern facility with the latest technologyNo nights, no weekendsAn equal opportunity employer.
