Operations Supervisor

Operations SupervisorKellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our night shift (5pm - 5am) production team in our Cary, NC plant. In this critical role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring seamless production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. From coordinating production schedules to optimizing resource allocation, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and meeting production targets. You'll be leading various projects involving process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and much more! Having a "safety first" attitude is an ingredient for success.Continuous Improvement – Have an owner's mindset, and all acronyms that come with continuous improvement, 5S, RCA, and LEAN.We're Looking for Someone With:Demonstrate knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs and processesHigh school diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturingAbility to work evenings.The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution.Compensation: The annual salary range is $76,160 - $99,960, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.
