Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Hurst, TX

Shift: Morning shift from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm (Overtime on Weekends)

What's the Job?

• Assist in rolling, banding, and sorting slings coming off the production line

• Handle materials with frequent bending and lifting, occasionally over 50 pounds

• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area

• Work closely with team members to ensure production efficiency

• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times

What's Needed?

• Basic shop math skills

• Ability to work reliably and dependably

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Willingness to perform physical tasks including bending and lifting
