Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead complex global product development programs from concept through commercialization. This role requires a strategic leader who can successfully manage multiple interconnected projects across a global organization while maintaining the ability to dive into technical and component-level details when needed to drive execution and resolve critical path issues.The ideal candidate can balance the big-picture view of program objectives, financials, milestones, resource planning, and business outcomes with hands-on project leadership, including component-level tracking, engineering changes, validation activities, supplier coordination, and risk management. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with performance and quality requirements.The Senior Engineering Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project execution, including project planning, financials including capital, resource management, configuration control, change management, risk mitigation, and product release activities.
