Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative and routine maintenance and the upkeep of residential buildings, grounds and equipment to maintain a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors. Qualifications Valid PA Driver’s License required Formal or on-the-job training in plumbing, electrical, painting, maintenance, carpentry and general repair preferred Two years of related experience preferred Able to work independently or as part of a team Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions Capacity to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve Responsibilities and Expectations Complete all general maintenance of the community (basic plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, unit inspections, painting, work orders, carpentry and maintenance support). Perform preventative maintenance.
