The Director of Operations is responsible for the daily operations of the region. This role is accountable for serving clients, staffing, reporting, procedural and company policy compliance. The Director of Operations must oversee and ensure accuracy of billing, payroll, and the collection for services rendered in addition to maintaining overall contract performance and margins. This position will provide support for the Branch Manager and Vice President of the region by developing and fostering positive working relationships with employees and clients. The Director of Operations is the primary point of contact for all operational management functions pertaining to the Operations personnel. The Director of Operations is responsible to the Branch Manager and/or Vice President to oversee and efficiently implement all aspects of operations by providing quality service to our clients; ensuring these accounts are operated in a manner consistent with established policies, contracts, and applicable laws.

MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS

Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience directing security operations for large, high risk, complex facility security program, corporate security programs or related industry. Five (5) years progressive management experience in the security industry or related field. Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred. Advanced security industry training & professional development. Knowledge & understanding of P&L’s, time & attendance systems, security best practices. Ability to recruit, develop, and grow talent. Outstanding customer service skills, building strong relationships on the foundation of trust & partnership.
