Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - Carlisle, PA (New Graduates are also Welcome)

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 2 evenings until 7 PM; No weekends/on-call

Position Summary: Seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist - Carlisle, PA (New Graduates are also Welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based pediatric speech and language therapy services.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, play-based sessions including speech, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and feeding therapy.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, COTAs, and caregivers for holistic care.
• Educate caregivers on strategies to support skill carryover.
• Accurately document sessions per clinic and insurance requirements.
• For CFs: Participate in a structured mentorship and supervision program.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pennsylvania license (or eligibility) and CCC-SLP, or CF candidate status.
• New Graduates are also Welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children in a play-based, family-centered setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Outpatient pediatric experience.
• Familiarity with feeding therapy.
• Knowledge of developmental milestones.
• Comfort with EMR/electronic documentation.
