Position Overview The Senior Litigation Support Manager provides critical legal and administrative support for litigation matters, partnering with CoStar Group’s Litigation and Employment Law teams. The role reports to the Associate General Counsel – Head of Employment Law and the Associate General Counsel – Head of Litigation. Responsibilities include managing case-related processes, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the efficient operation of legal matters within the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide litigation support, including calendaring deadlines, maintaining case files, tracking case status, collecting documents in collaboration with external counsel and internal custodians, drafting potential witness lists, and managing litigation holds. Coordinate insurance-related reporting and serve as a point of contact for insurance matters relevant to ongoing cases. Generate and distribute internal reports on case status, resolution methods, amounts, and timelines to ensure transparency and informed decision‑making. Support the preparation of quarterly case reports and updates to business stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication of case progress and outcomes. Liaise with finance contacts to facilitate litigation‑related payments, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Participate in the development and implementation of AI tools to enhance legal operations and case management efficiency. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. At least 8 years of general litigation or employment litigation paralegal experience at a law firm and/or in‑house legal department. Track record of commitment to prior employers. Preferred Qualifications Paralegal certification. At least 2 years of relevant experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm and/or the legal department of a multinational corporation. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI and a willingness to engage in process‑improvement initiatives. Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities. Experience with insurance and finance processes related to legal matters. Interest or experience in legal technology and AI‑driven solutions.
