Qualifications and Skills
Class B License w/passenger endorsement and valid medical card
Valid Class C License
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to lift wheel chairs and walkers in/out of cars and buses
Must present clean driving record
Essential Duties:
- Timely pick up/drop off of residents in company vehicles
- Driving Company Busses on outings, trips and events for our residents
- Assisting residents in/out of vehicles
- Assisting residents on/off bus
- Keep vehicles clean
- Notifying Supervisor of any immediate vehicle concerns and or safety issues
- Effective Communication with Staff when transporting residents
- Being a Team Player
- Assisting activity staff with events when necessary
- Understand and actively promote The Village Team Values, which include the following:
